Personal Color Palette- Whether you’re in the midst of new construction, major renovation, or just need a little updating, creating a complete color palette for your home can totally transform your space:

  • 2-hour Consultation We’ll walk through your home together addressing your color needs. We’ll look at paint colors and I’ll offer other basic ideas to optimize your space.
  • Color Map I’ll formulate a palette of paint colors for your walls, trim, ceiling, other architectural details for each room. You receive a detailed color chart for your painter.
  • 30-minute Follow-up Call I’ll share advice on working with Painters, answer questions about your Color Chart and any other last-minute details.

*This package applies to home structures up to 3,000 sq ft. Larger spaces may require additional time/attention and a custom package to go along with that.

 

Mini Reno Kit- This unique service offers you rare access to my ideas and key resources to make then happen. I’ll create a design plan and guidelines for your home that you can move forward with room by room, on your own, as your time and budget permits:

  • Half Day Consultation about 4-6, we’ll walk through your rooms assessing your color and design needs to discover your basic design and color direction.
  • Color Map I’ll formulate a palette of paint colors for your walls, trim, ceiling, other architectural details for each room. You receive a detailed color chart for your painter.
  • Design and Resource Map I’ll create a basic list of recommendations for your rooms to maximize your space arrangement, organization opportunities, and overall style.
  • 1 Hour Follow Up Call I’ll share advice on working with Painters, Trades, etc. and answer questions about your Color and Design Maps and any other last-minute details.
  • BONUS If during the process of the Mini Reno package you decide to upgrade your packet to my All Access Pass service and have me manage the entire process for you (at my hourly rate- I’ll provide a rough estimate to give you an idea, but the hourly rate will apply), I’d like to offer you a bonus gift. I’ll design a custom re-finish for a small piece of furniture, you own or buy, that needs a good update. We’ll find the perfect spot for your new heirloom piece to complete your unique new style.

All Access Pass you’ve made the leap passed the DIY level package to work with me from start to finish. My unique design service is priced on a per project basis. You have the option to define that project as an entire house or a few rooms:

  • Complimentary Consultation we’ll take a look at your space and discuss your color and design needs and overall budget expectations.
  • Color and Design Map a detailed paint color chart and design plan for each room.
  • Sample Collection whenever possible, I’ll provide photographic or actual samples of purchases for your home. I’ll create a story for you with the samples and maps to communicate our new design plan. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with me on some selections to ensure that you’re part of the process.
  • Project Management I’ll handle all aspects of the process from ordering/receiving, communication with trades, vendors, agents, etc. and scheduling/coordinating.
  • Project Budgeting I’ll work within your budget and my general budget parameters and keep your informed of all monetary aspects of the project
  • Designer Discount wherever possible, I forward my Designer and Negotiated discounts to you. My hourly rates still apply to manage the orders, but the savings in purchase prices are all yours.
  • Decorative Painting I only offer my decorative painting services and designs through this package. Where appropriate, I’ll design custom finishes for any surface in the home as well as furnishings and other decorative objects for a look that it totally unique to you and your home. Depending on the scale, this service will be billed hourly or per project.
  • Textile Design I only offer my textile design services through this package. Where appropriate, I’ll design custom textiles for window treatments, furnishings, etc. for a look that is totally unique to you and your home. Depending on the scale, this service will be billed hourly or per project.
  • Shopping Trip since, you’re a collaborative and adventurous person, you’ll have the option to join me for a shopping trip to discover my approach to find those perfect and unusual pieces just for you.
